Book a Therapy Session

Appointments are set on a first-come-first served basis, as well as therapists' availability.

Rescheduling and cancellations should be made more than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment slot.

If clients do not notify Hayaa’ of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for the appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee will apply.

There will be no refunds for cancellations of the first therapy session.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, considerations can be made at the discretion of the management.
